Ben will be tasked with delivering both pre-let and speculative developments from SEGRO’s existing land bank, as well as identifying new opportunities.
He joins from St Modwen Logistics where he was director development.
Prior to his three years at that firm, Ben held several positions at the National Grid where he supported strategies for disposing of brownfield industrial sites.

At SEGRO, he will report to head of National Markets Dan Holford who said: “Ben’s extensive experience in the industry and proven track record of delivery across the development cycle will be invaluable to the team as we continue to expand our portfolio and identify new opportunities.”
